Executive Coaching for Community Leaders

Our flagship program provides one-on-one and team executive coaching to top-level non-profit leaders in our community. Many of our most valuable community organizations cannot afford first-rate coaching, so we provide it either free-of-charge or for a minimal fee.

Serving in the top role of any organization has unique challenges, and coaching provides an advocate and support from someone who is objective, wise, and has the leader’s best interest at heart.

We often expand the coaching relationship to include the team who works with the leader.

The results? A healthier culture. Better synergy. Increased effectiveness. Greater impact.
