Each year The Foundation hosts a half-day conference designed to inform, inspire, and raise the leadership temperature of our community.
In April we hosted an outstanding leadership conference where over 500 leaders from the Catawba Valley gathered to gain wisdom on the topic of “Life-giving Leadership”. We had the honor and privilege to have four phenomenal speakers from our community Kathy Bailey, CEO and President of UNC Health Blue Ridge, James Hamrick, Owner of JMW Woodwork, Allan Williams, Division Manager at Southern Dock Products and George Logan, Pastor at New Day Christian Church. The Foundation also awarded Joe Glass, Head football coach at Hickory High, The Leadership Impact Award!
