CVLF partners with local businesses and organizations to host the annual Catawba Valley Leadership Conference — a half-day experience designed to inform, inspire, and raise the leadership temperature of our community.
Each conference features local leaders who share their journey, lessons, and wisdom to an audience of several hundred. It’s a fabulous opportunity to ignite your motivation, equip your team, and join a movement of strong leaders throughout our community.
In April we hosted an outstanding leadership conference where over 500 leaders from the Catawba Valley gathered to gain wisdom on the topic of “Life-giving Leadership”. We had the honor and privilege to have four phenomenal speakers from our community Kathy Bailey, CEO and President of UNC Health Blue Ridge, James Hamrick, Owner of JMW Woodwork, Allan Williams, Division Manager at Southern Dock Products and George Logan, Pastor at New Day Christian Church. The Foundation also awarded Joe Glass, Head football coach at Hickory High, The Leadership Impact Award!
