In 2026 we hosted an outstanding leadership conference where 600 leaders from the Catawba Valley gathered to gain wisdom on the topic of “All-In, The Legacy Starts Here”. We had the honor and privilege to have four phenomenal speakers from our community Bruce Schronce, Executive Partner and CEO of StrongLead and Founder of Catawba Valley Leadership Foundation; Lindsay Keisler, President/CEO of The Chamber of Catawba County; Carlos Rodriguez, Senior Pastor of IChurch and Chase Keller, President of Granite Insurance. The Foundation also awarded Keith Nichols, Vice President of Manufacturing at Century Furniture, The Leadership Impact Award!
